  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang (2 if serving to Sookie mouths)
  • 2 thinly sliced green / spring onions or 1 diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • 500 grams of beef mince
  • Noodles to serve
  • OPTIONAL toasted sesame seeds, fried shallots + other vegetables
