SPICE MIX

  • 40 grams Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a pan over a medium heat.
  2. Cook until butter has melted and mixutre has combined.
  3. Keep warm until chicken is ready
  4. Spoon over both sides of the chicken at the end to serve
