Ingredients
- 50 grams red curry paste
- 500 grams of frozen mixed vegetables
- 500 mls water
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 600 grams thinly diced chicken breast
- 300 grams of finishing vegetables
Directions
- Place diced onion into the multicooker with some oil on the browning setting
- add the red curry paste and cookout a little
- add the water and vegetables
- Once it’s boiling close the lid and set the soup mode to 20 mins
- Once soup mode is complete blitz the vegetables until smooth
- add the coconut milk and simmer for a little bit
- add the diced chicken and finishing vegetables, simmer until cooked through.
