INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Apricot Jam
- 1.5 tablespoons caster sugar
- 6 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice (Also used Garam masala when I had no 5 spice)
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a saucepan, bring to the boil for 5 or so minutes until it is thickened and combined.
- Allow to cool, store in the fridge. Will last a while.
