• 1/2 to 1 banana (depending on the size)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup coconut water (OR 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds (OPTIONAL)

 

If your using the chia seeds soak them in some of the coconut water for 10 mins before adding into the blender.

Wack in a blender until smooth.
