INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Green Cabbage – Shredded
  • 2 small Carrots – Peeled & Grated
  • 1/2 Red Onion – Finely Sliced
  • 1 Green Apple – Julienne

 

DRESSING

  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons whole egg mayo
  • a good splash of lemon juice
  • salt & pepper
  • pinch of paprika

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare the vegetables as required into a bowl.

2. Separately mix the dressing ingredients into a bowl.

3. Combine. You may want to only use 1/2 of the dressing initially and judge to see if more is needed when serving.
