INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Green Cabbage – Shredded
- 2 small Carrots – Peeled & Grated
- 1/2 Red Onion – Finely Sliced
- 1 Green Apple – Julienne
DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons whole egg mayo
- a good splash of lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- pinch of paprika
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the vegetables as required into a bowl.
2. Separately mix the dressing ingredients into a bowl.
3. Combine. You may want to only use 1/2 of the dressing initially and judge to see if more is needed when serving.
