Makes just under 1 Cup Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce
- 140 grams franks hot sauceĀ
- 20 grams Sriracha
- 80 grams unsalted butterĀ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Don’t forget the Ranch Dipping Sauce to go with it.
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, and over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then turn off.
After the wings are cooked, transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the hot wings and toss with a spoon or spatula to completely coat.
NOTE: Normal buffalo recipes use equal quantities of butter and hot sauce but I find the butter overpowers so I reduced it.

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- sesame seeds at the end
