INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- White pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan at once, over a medium heat and whisk until thick.
- Once thick and simmering cook for 2 minutes to cook the flour out.
