DIRECTIONS
- Measure out 1 cup of sushi rice, place in a colander and rinse under running water until the liquid runs clear.
- Add the rinsed rice into a micowave safe container. Add 1.5 cups of water.
- Let the rice soak for 30 mins.
- Put the lid on and cook in the microwave on high for 10-12 mins. We do 12 mins.
- Leave the rice in the container for a further 10 mins to finish steaming.
- Season with sushi vinegar and cool the rice as normal then use.
- SUSHI RICE….. DONE
NOTE: To do 2 cups of raw rice, use 3 cups of water…? To Be tested…
