This is about as easy as it gets, I usually have all ingredients in the cupboard / fridge as well. We really love this.
INGREDIENTS
- Spaghetti – amount is up to you. The sauce below serves 2.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3-4 garlic cloves finely grated
- chilli flakes or powder to taste
- salt and pepper
- fresh herbs if available
- grated parmesan cheese to serve
DIRECTIONS
- Cook spaghetti as per instructions
- heat the olive oil in a fry pan and cook off the garlic for a little bit.
- add the lemon juice, chilli flakes and pepper to make the sauce
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and add into the fry pan with the herbs, season to taste with salt.
- Serve with the grated cheese ontop.
