This is about as easy as it gets, I usually have all ingredients in the cupboard / fridge as well. We really love this.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti – amount is up to you. The sauce below serves 2.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 garlic cloves finely grated
  • chilli flakes or powder to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh herbs if available
  • grated parmesan cheese to serve

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook spaghetti as per instructions
  2. heat the olive oil in a fry pan and cook off the garlic for a little bit.
  3. add the lemon juice, chilli flakes and pepper to make the sauce
  4. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add into the fry pan with the herbs, season to taste with salt.
  5. Serve with the grated cheese ontop.
