The ingredients can be doubled or tripled etc, same directions apply.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn
  • 10 Grams Butter
  • 40 – 60 mls milk – approx  (Start with 40 mls and add more if needed to get the right consistency)
  • salt & pepper
  • pinch of sugar

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil corn until tender in a little chicken stock (or just water)
  2. Once finished, drain and add back to the pot.
  3. Add butter and cream and warm though until butter has melted.
  4. Allow to cool slightly then blitz.
  5. Season well.
  6. Pass though a fine sieve.

 

NOTE: A lot doesn’t make it though the sieve so 1 cup will only serve 2 people.
