The ingredients can be doubled or tripled etc, same directions apply.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
- 10 Grams Butter
- 40 – 60 mls milk – approx (Start with 40 mls and add more if needed to get the right consistency)
- salt & pepper
- pinch of sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Boil corn until tender in a little chicken stock (or just water)
- Once finished, drain and add back to the pot.
- Add butter and cream and warm though until butter has melted.
- Allow to cool slightly then blitz.
- Season well.
- Pass though a fine sieve.
NOTE: A lot doesn’t make it though the sieve so 1 cup will only serve 2 people.
