You can use this as a marinade or a sitr fry sauce. Great with beef strips and vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sugar or 2 tbsp honey for a partly ‘healthy’ version
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 to 1 tsp dried chilli flakes (to taste)
- 2 tsp corn flour (if using as a sauce)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything together besides the corn flour.
- If your using it as a stirfry sauce add this with a little water and thicken at the end as required.
