INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely diced)
  • 150ml pure virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (OPTIONAL – To make it chilli and garlic oil)

 

DIRECTIONS

Place the oil in a pot with the garlic. Cook until the garlic is nearly golden, take off and add the thyme and bay leaves.
