- 3 tablespoons Gochujang (2 if serving to Sookie mouths)
- 2 thinly sliced green / spring onions or 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic – minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 500 grams of beef mince
- Noodles to serve
- OPTIONAL toasted sesame seeds, fried shallots + other vegetables
