- 15 mls Jalapeno Vodka
- 30 mls Bourbon
- 30 mls Blackberry Liqueur
- 30 mls Ginger Syrup
- Lime Wedge (optional)
- 3-5 Dashes Bitters
- In a large stemless wineglass, dash in the bitters and fill with ice.
- Add in the remaining ingredients
- Fill with soda water
Jalapeno Vodka
- 1 Jalapeno Sliced
- 250mls Vodka
- Add the vodka and jalapeno into a jar and leave for 24 hours
- Strain and serve
