INGREDIENTS

  • 1 & 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (120 grams), no added salt or sugar. e.g. peanut, almond, cashew
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup  (120 grams)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream – thick layer only
  • 2/3 cup (70 grams) True Protein WPC – French Vanilla

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Roll mixture out on a tray or shape into balls, bars
  3. Place in the freezer to set.
  4. Will make approximately 12 x 40 gram barsTIP: Always make a double batch, 12 doesn’t last long.
