INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nut butter (120 grams), no added salt or sugar. e.g. peanut, almond, cashew
- 1/2 cup coconut cream – thick layer only
- 1.5 tablespoons stevia blended powder (5 times sweetness of sugar)
- 90 grams True Protein WPC – French Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Roll mixture out on a tray or shape into balls, bars
- Place in the freezer to set.
- Will make approximately 12 x 40 gram bars
TIP: Always make a double batch, 12 doesn’t last long.
