INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Apricot Jam
  • 1.5 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 6 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice (Also used Garam masala when I had no 5 spice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (OPTIONAL)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a saucepan, bring to the boil for 5 or so minutes until it is thickened and combined.
  2. Allow to cool, store in the fridge. Will last a while.
