INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • White pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan at once, over a medium heat and whisk until thick.
  2. Once thick and simmering cook for 2 minutes to cook the flour out.
