This is great with lamb, chicken etc. A copy of the sauce you get on kebabs.
INGREDIENTS

 • 250 mls Greek yoghurt
 • 1  to 2 cloves of garlic – microplane / grated – needs to be extremely fine.
 • 1 tbsp lemon juice
 • Salt & Pepper
 • Sugar to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

 1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together, start with 1 garlic clove and add more if needed. Too much garlic and everyone will know about it.
 2. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
 3. Better to make this the day before so the flavours can blend but perfectly fine to use straight away.
 4. I find the sauce can be a little thick so I will add some water to get a better consistency, this is dependant on the yoghurt used.

NOTE:  It has to be fresh garlic, jar, dried or powder will not work in replacement.

TIP: Place the whole peeled garlic clove in a cup of boiling water for about a 1 – 2 mins then drain, this will help remove the harshness of the raw garlic
