INGREDIENTS

  • kipfler potatoes sliced – boiled until tender
  • chorizo – sliced
  • jar pesto
  • olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fry the chorizo slices in a little oil, set aside
  2. Fry the boiled potatoes in a little more oil so it shallow fries and becomes crispy.
  3. Drain the oil away and put the chorizo back with the potatoes.
  4. Place some pesto in with the potatoes & chorzio and warm through.
