You can use this as a marinade or a sitr fry sauce. Great with beef strips and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar or 2 tbsp honey for a partly ‘healthy’ version
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp dried chilli flakes (to taste)
  • 2 tsp corn flour (if using as a sauce)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix everything together besides the corn flour.
  2. If your using it as a stirfry sauce add this with a little water and thicken at the end as required.
