INGREDIENTS
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- 150ml pure virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (OPTIONAL – To make it chilli and garlic oil)
DIRECTIONS
Place the oil in a pot with the garlic. Cook until the garlic is nearly golden, take off and add the thyme and bay leaves.
