Berry coluis is very easy and very delicious, I use it for a range of desserts from cheesecake to chocolate desserts. It’s also great to keep in the fridge to simply go over ice cream.

The recipe below can be doubled or more, just keep the proportions in tact.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams mixed berries (I use frozen berries)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add berries and sugar to a pan on a low heat.
  2. cook until the sugar has dissolved and the berries have softened.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender and wizz up until smooth.
  4. Pass though a fine sieve to remove the berry seeds.
  5. Enjoy warm or cold.
